Most recently, we repositioned Genpact from the inside out. With a Lean 6 Sigma heritage, we strategically positioned their legacy of “lean” thinking with their digital focus. This yielded not only a campaign, but also a new business idea: Lean Digital.

Lean Digital is substantiated by our discovery that digital budgets within enterprises are estimated to be as high as $593 billion globally. Of that, an alarming $394 billion is wasted, much due to legacy processes and old technologies.

Lean Digital allows Genpact to help solve this problem by applying their unique thinking and processes to their clients’ digital, in turn Generating Impact. Upon presenting the idea to their CEO he exclaimed, “This will be my legacy.”
